Uniting baseball and education to create a fun, safe environment for children to learn and grow.

Operating out of Curtis Granderson Stadium at the University of Illinois - Chicago

As well as in parks and stadiums around the country, Grand Kids Camps invite children to experience the great game of baseball while learning new skills, enjoying a healthy lunch, and spending quality time with professional athlete mentors.

In 2017, 24,280 children safely played baseball at Grand Kids Academy camps and facilities.

More than 86% of children that take part in our Grand Kids All Star Camp continue to play baseball as part of the Chicago Parks District summer programming.

Since it’s inception, we’ve provided more than 10,000 backpacks filled with school supplies to in-need communities across the US.

fun learning experiences that last a lifetime

For many young children, Grand Kids Academy is their first chance to try on a glove, identify their throwing hand, run the bases, and play as part of a team.

The Academy also helps children to connect the fun of fitness with a love for learning, by bringing math and science to the stadium.
